I have worked in HR & Recruitment since 1999. I spent 5 of these years working as an HR & Training Manager meaning I can offer a great understanding of the challenges placed upon HR teams in organisations.

I joined Sullivan Brown as I truly resonated with the values the organisation demonstrates – working with honesty, integrity, and passion at all times. I am incredibly proud to be Director for the Northeast. We have built solid relationships within our HR networks, and this has been possible by providing the best recruitment service possible. As Director for the Northeast, I lead the team in striving to be the consultancy of choice for all HR recruitment.

I am incredibly passionate about people – I enjoy networking, developing relationships and understanding needs, I listen and advise. This has truly helped establish Sullivan Brown and I as key HR recruiters. I personally specialise in the recruitment of mid to senior HR&D appointments across the Northeast. My network of HR&D specialists and leaders is strong and ever-growing, something I am really proud of too.

Outside of work, I am kept busy with my family and our gang of greyhounds, so we’re often found walking in Northumberland or the Lakes.
