I have been an HR recruiter for 25 years, and I love it! Working in this industry over these years means there’s usually nothing I haven’t experienced, therefore I can apply my past experiences to build a successful future for the clients and candidates I work alongside. 

Originally from the North West, I have a strong network across the whole of the North but is it now that North East that I call home.

I set up Sullivan Brown recruitment in 2013 to offer high-quality HR recruitment services to businesses sourcing the correct talent and individuals searching for a happy, thriving place of work. 

Today, Sullivan Brown is a well-respected business with a whole host of clients I am fortunate to have worked alongside since I was a ‘recruitment rookie’ and we have grown together resulting in long-term partnerships that continue to develop.

As Managing Director, I am proud to lead a team of HR Recruiters that value service and relationships as much as I do and, being an independent recruitment business, means we can take the time to truly partner with our clients to deliver a service we can be proud of.

When I’m not working, you will find me leading a Beaver Scout group, or spending time with my family indulging our love of the outdoors by hiking, motor homing or paddle boarding.
