Regional ER Officer
We are recruiting for an experienced ER Officer to join a large, well-established UK business on a permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR/ER professional who is confident managing complex employee relations cases, including long-term absence, conduct, capability, investigations, hearings and appeals.
You’ll need strong knowledge of UK employment law, excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to advise and coach managers through challenging people matters.
CIPD qualified (ideally Level 7) with a proven HR case management background would be highly desirable.
