We’re partnering with a well-established international business operating within a fast-paced commercial environment to recruit a Recruitment & Development Manager for their UK operation.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of recruitment, talent development and succession planning across a diverse UK business, working closely with senior leaders to attract, develop and retain key talent.
Reporting to the UK HR Director, you’ll play a key role in delivering the people strategy, driving talent initiatives and supporting the development of a high-performance, values-led culture.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading recruitment activity and talent pipeline development across the UK business
• Driving succession planning and internal career development initiatives
• Managing leadership and management development programmes
• Supporting apprenticeship schemes and wider learning initiatives
• Enhancing employer brand and attraction strategies
• Embedding robust and consistent recruitment and selection processes
• Supporting diversity, inclusion and engagement initiatives
• Providing talent insights, reporting and workforce planning support
We’re looking for someone who has:
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, talent development and succession planning
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in a commercial environment
• Knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
• A proactive, collaborative and commercially focused approach
The package:
• Salary circa £50,000 (depending on experience)
• £4,000 car allowance
• Discretionary annual bonus up to 10%
