They are seeking to appoint an Interim People & Culture Director. This role is to support on an initial 6-month period to support the CFO as the organisation and the People & Culture team move through some challenges and changes.
The Interim People & Culture Director will have the exciting opportunity to lead on some significant change projects, working closely with leadership as well as supporting and developing the current Head of People & Culture. They will support on People projects including Pension Consultations, Complex ER cases, launching a People Strategy as well as developing and building a highly competent and engaged People & Culture team. The role is based in County Durham and hybrid in nature; part time candidates may be considered (3 days per week potentially) otherwise full time.
Candidates should be experienced HR leaders who have change management experience and have great leadership expertise.
The successful candidate will need to start the role quickly and be able to commit to the initial 6-month contract.
Salary is up to £65k per annum.
