HR Business Partner

A manufacturing business based in Deeside is looking to recruit HR Business Partner to join their growing team. Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture and working closely with the Junior Operations HRBP, this position involves executing and implementing an aligned people strategy across the UK.

Duties include:

  • Working closely with the Head of People & Culture and HR Business Partner to ensure the business has a robust HR function.
  • Proactively partnering with leaders and managers on all people matters.
  • Advise and support on all HR matters including selection & recruitment, performance management, absence management, communications, employee engagement.
  • Working on developing HR policies
  • Coaching and developing senior managers to deal with their people related issues.
  • Maintain and overview all ER cases.
  • Provide direct site support as required.
  • HR project work
