We’re partnering with an award-winning, people-first organisation to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner.
This is a commercially focused role where you’ll partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement and growth. You’ll act as a trusted advisor across a range of HR matters, while helping to shape culture and support organisational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance, conduct and absence matters.
- Coach and support managers to build capability and develop high-performing teams.
- Lead and contribute to change, engagement and organisational development initiatives.
- Use people data and colleague feedback to drive informed decision-making.
- Support talent attraction, succession planning and workforce development.
- Champion wellbeing, inclusion and employee engagement initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement across HR processes, policies and ways of working, including the use of technology and AI.
About You
- Experienced HR Business Partner with a strong commercial mindset.
- Confident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Skilled in managing complex people issues and organisational change.
- Data-driven, proactive and solutions-focused.
- Excellent communicator with strong coaching and relationship-building skills.
- Passionate about creating great workplace cultures and employee experiences.
