A well-established and highly successful UK business is looking to appoint two experienced HR Case Managers to join its growing HR function on a permanent basis. Based in the Deeside area, these roles will support managers across a large, fast-paced organisation, managing a broad range of complex employee relations matters.
Key responsibilities will include managing long-term absence and Right to Work processes, providing expert HR advice on complex ER cases, supporting investigations, hearings and appeals, and coaching managers on best practice people management. You will manage cases proactively through to conclusion, ensuring a pragmatic, commercially focused and legally compliant approach throughout.
The successful candidates will have proven experience managing complex HR casework, strong working knowledge of UK employment law, and the confidence to influence and support stakeholders at all levels. A collaborative, solutions-focused approach is essential, with CIPD qualification desirable.
